If you use new sounds from the user & program banks in your registrations or
user sounds in the style/patterns then they must be loaded into the Ketron.
If you reload the factory user & program sounds then it will over write the
new sounds.
If you want to use one of the new program sounds with the factory program
sounds then you must create a .SPG file of that Sound.
to do this select the sound then press edit program (F8) then save, on the
screen you will have the option to save to disc (F9) press SAVE (F10) your
sound will now be saved on the disc as a .SPG file.
Now Load the Factory Program sounds and select a sound you don't like in the
Program bank, select disc, look for the sound and press select (F10) then
press Load (F2) and the elements of the sound will load. Now press Save and
the screen will show the slot number it will load the sound in, if you want to
put it in a different slot using the key pad type in the number of the slot
you want the sound saved in then press SAVE (F10) the sound will now be saved
to that slot.
NOTE. if the sound uses a USER VOICE in its structure then the USER VOICES
must be loaded.
PS the factory program voices do not use user voices in their structure so you
could do this programming in reverse by saving the factory user voices as .SPG
files.
you can save hundreds of .SPG files to a disc giving you a large selection of
sounds.
