We are very pleased to present our
guests with this beautiful Victorian hotel, which is the
centre piece for our future February festivals. It is an iconic
symbol on the Eastbourne seafront and is situated less than 100
metres away from the pier. The hotel has many advantages and
features that will benefit our music festivals.
Upon arrival the first thing you will
notice is that the Queens Hotel has its own private car park with
more than enough space to accommodate all our guests. First
impressions are important and the grand public rooms immediately
give a feeling of luxury and assurance of a comfortable stay. The
spacious Concert Hall has a high domed ceiling and is an excellent
backdrop for our concerts. The Ballroom is ideal for both our
afternoon tea and evening dances. All floors are accessible from the
two lifts and most bedrooms have excellent sea views.
The staff are proud of their
reputation for being very friendly and helpful and we are looking
forward to your stay at this special venue. As part of a continual
ongoing refurbishment program in January 2010 they are have 17 new
bathrooms fitted and one of the two lifts is being replaced at a
cost of over £100,000.
