Professional
accordionist and vocalist, STEVE lives and works in Jersey
Channel Isles. The major part of his work, is entertaining holidaymakers in
the top hotels on the island with his three hour, one man show. He is billed
as an "International Accordionist & Vocalist" with good reason as he covers
music from all over the world, with selected vocals in eight languages. As
an entertainer he uses his Ranco Balcan Eagle midi accordion as the perfect
backing for his vocals, as well as sparkling accordion solos. His long
career has taken him to numerous countries world-wide including Australia,
Sweden, Bermuda, America, France, Spain and of course throughout the United
Kingdom. Apart from entertaining the general public, he appears at Accordion
Festivals, and as guest artiste at Accordion clubs. His repertoire is
phenomenal and his technique on the accordion shows great skill. Above all,
on stage, he is an entertainer who holds an audiences
attention throughout his performances.
In addition to his professional work
he also runs the JERSEY ACCORDION BAND, and he and his wife Maggie, run a
very successful Accordion Club in Jersey, "LES AMIS de L'ACCORDEON de
JERSEY.
