Sarah was born in 1988 and lives in a village in Devon between the sea and Dartmoor, and has been playing since she was six, when she received a keyboard for Christmas. She progressed so well that her parents found her a tutor and, at the age of just 7, she started performing in public. Sarah was just 7 (by 2 days) when she appeared at Barton Hall for the first time, playing 6 songs to an appreciative audience. She went on to become the first winner of their Mark Shakespeare Memorial shield at the age of 8 and played in various spots at Barton Hall for the next 3 years. She was taught by her local Yamaha school until they closed down. She then had a private tutor until he moved up country.

At 8 years old she was featured on BBC Spotlight news and her public appearances really took off. Since then she has played in over 400 public performances ranging from a nursing home to appearing in the Yamaha Showcase at Birmingham in front of an audience of 2,500. She had also been awarded the Devon Youth Music Bronze, Silver and Gold certificates by the age of nine, the youngest person to ever achieve this. Sarah progressed to Organ when she was 11, starting with a Yamaha HCW4 and working up through the Yamaha EL series to her present EL700. She has passed all her Organ exams by the London College of Music with Honours and is also taking grade 8 Saxophone after playing the instrument for a comparatively short time.

This talented young lady has played at all sorts of venues, including most of the Organ Clubs in the South West, having been given her first chance by Vic Harris the Secretary of South Molton Organ and Keyboard Club (S.M.O.K.E.Y) to whom she owes a huge debt of gratitude - she has played there regularly since.

She also often appears at theatres around her home, with her particular favourite being the Atheneum theatre in Plymouth where she has played three times for Len Jackman on his variety shows. In addition, Sarah plays regularly for various charities, her main ones being C.L.I.C, Hearing Dogs for the Deaf, and Rowcroft Hospice. She also plays for her local hospital radio.

Sarah plays all types of music, as requested, and combines her music with some humour, loving to interact with her audiences.  Another of her musical interests is playing as part of the Coombeshead Jazz Band in Devon.
