This is the only purpose built hotel and conference centre situated on the main promenade in Eastbourne. It has stunning views from all of the air conditioned public rooms and many of the 130 bedrooms, most of which have a private balcony. It has a multi media conference room/theatre, four seminar rooms, two well-stocked bars, games room, library and a friendly, welcoming restaurant. A selection of single, twin, double and triple rooms are available along with four rooms adapted for use by disabled guests.

We were very happy to have run our September and October 2009 festivals at this fantastic hotel. It is with deep disappointment that we cannot return in 2010. Unfortunately the management have decided not to honour a previous agreement and have demanded a very large price rise which we feel we could not pass on to our guests. It is our sincere hope that circumstances will change in the future and we will be able to return to this hotel.
